Hire Charges

Our charges are extremely simple and based on an hourly rate. Your booking is confirmed on payments of your bond (see below for charges), which is refunded if the Hall is left clean, tidy and without any damage.

The current charges are:

Bond for hire between 8am and 5pm - £100
Bond for hire after 5pm - £150
Non-residents, private hire - £22.00/hour.
Residents, private hire - £15.00/hour.
Redwick based charities - £15.00/hour.
Redwick resident funeral - no charge.
Other charities - £20/hour.
Regular hire (minimum 4 consecutive bookings) - £20/hour.
Business hire - £30/hour.
Weddings - price on application.
Bar hire - £60 for up to 4 hours and £20/extra hour.

Please note that a mandatory cleaning charge will also be applied to ensure that the hall is always clean and tidy. This is currently £50/hire for the full hall and only £25 for the small hall.

The 17th Century Brick House is within a short walk of the Hall and is full of history.

Slightly further afield is the Ty Hotel near the M4 interchange at Magor as well as the Coldra Court Hotel and the 5-star Celtic Manor Hotel resort at Langstone.
